Certificate Requirements
To earn a Cryptocurrency Literacy Specialist - General Level (CLS-GL) certificate of achievement, program participants must pass four (4) domain-level assessment exams; each consisting of fifty (50) multiple choice questions randomly selected from the three (3) courses associated with the domain level. Test takers must attain a passing score of eighty percent (80%) on each exam. See exam instructions for more specifics.
CLS-GL Exams Overview
Domain One Exam: covers the general level courses; History of Cryptocurrency, Understanding Crypto Coins, and Understanding Crypto Tokens. The domain one exam focuses on foundational knowledge in cryptocurrency, encompassing three essential areas: the history of cryptocurrency, the various types of crypto coins, and the distinct characteristics of crypto tokens. Domain Two Exam: covers the intermediate level courses; Guide to Cryptocurrencies, Buying Cryptocurrencies, and Cryptocurrency Markets. The domain two exam focuses on intermediate-level knowledge surrounding cryptocurrencies, encompassing essential topics such as understanding various types of cryptocurrencies, the process of purchasing them, and the dynamics of cryptocurrency markets. Domain Three Exam: covers the professional level courses; Crypto Payment Networks, How Cryptocurrencies Work, and Cryptocurrency Regulation. The domain three exam focuses on critical aspects of cryptocurrency, specifically covering professional level courses that delve into crypto payment networks, the operational mechanics of cryptocurrencies, and the regulatory environment surrounding them. This exam is designed to equip learners with a comprehensive understanding of how cryptocurrencies function, their applications in payment systems, and the legal frameworks that govern their use.
Domain Four Exam: covers advanced level courses: Cryptocurrency Security, Fundamental Analysis, and Technical Analysis. The domain four exam focuses on advanced topics within the realm of cryptocurrency, and is designed to assess candidates' knowledge and skills in understanding the complexities of digital currency security and techniques used by professional cryptocurrency traders and investors, preparing them for more in-depth roles within the banking and finance industry.
NOTE: For a limited time you can get a free upgrade to a Blockchain Cryptocurrency Literacy Specialist - Professional Level (BCLS-PL) certificate ($495 Value). A professional level specialist is an individual who possesses a higher level of expertise than general level specialist and has demonstrated more in-depth knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and web3 technologies. For the BCLS-PL certification, each of four (4) domain level exams consists of one-hundred (100) multiple choice questions; no time limit; passing score of 80%, with two (2) attempts each.
